Dragados USA is seeking a TBM Foreman to support the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel expansion project. This position is responsible for supervising the work on the TBM at the jobsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for supervising a team who will carry out duties on the TBM
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for a project
• Find potential issues ahead of time and be able to problem solve
• Assist Equipment Manager with final equipment budgets and potential equipment purchases in order to meet budgetary goals.
• Protect facilities, and other elements of the tunnel works including operations in the TBM launching and receiving shafts and surface, to ensure safety, quality, conformance with the contract documents, timely completion of the works, and the keeping of accurate records of all work as required herein
• Enforce site safety at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Minimum 3 years' experience with the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)
• Leadership and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Written and oral communication skills.
