POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Department Manager with monitoring, planning and implementing maintenance work activities to support production, preventive maintenance and other assigned tasks. The maintenance group leader monitors Quality, Safety, and Efficiency of the maintenance team to ensure that customer (internal and external) needs are met.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Three to five years of maintenance experience (required).
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
