*Hybrid schedule - minimum 2 days in office/week, remainder of work days can be remote Call center technical support specifically troubleshooting of applications used on IOS/iPads, Outlook email customer support, and projects as needed in support of onboarding new hires and processing sample requests via SAP.
Employee should plan to spend 70% of time on phones with 30% for project support.
