We are currently seeking a **Superintendent** to join our team as a member of our growing Energy division. **_Project Management_**

In this position, you are the face of McKinstry on the project site. You will be tasked with developing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and writing/reviewing scopes of work. You will develop RFIs as required to document changes to the scope of work and hold meetings for proper project execution.

**_Communication_**

As a Superintendent, you will oversee field personnel who may include union and non-union workers. Additionally, you will act as a conduit of communication regarding progress and logistics between clients and subcontractors.

**_Safety_**

You will uphold and communicate McKinstry safety standards. You will coordinate with the safety team to create and communicate the site safety plan.

**What we would like to see from you:**

+ Expertise leveraging knowledge of building automation controls systems.

+ OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of assuming the position.

+ Working knowledge of scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak required.

+ Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and OSHA standards required.

+ Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

+ Five (5) years of leadership of trades and job sites preferred.

+ BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
