Job Title: Sandblaster

Location: Midland, Tx

Must reside in commutable distance of Midland, Tx. ( This is an onsite role, Remote & Hybrid work is not available.)

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Post-fab/Yard Operations Foreman and your crew leader, execute the required duties to sandblast gas plant packages to the highest degree quality, efficiency, and safety.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the lead painter.
Must prepare, clean and sand blast surfaces to be painted
Assist painters in other tasks as requested. Keep work areas clean
Attend required safety meetings.
Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be familiar with painting equipment and sandblast equipment.
Ability to mix and prepare paint following painter directions, clean and maintain paint and blast equipment
Able to operate forklift and man lift
Ability to use forklift and man lift, work at heights
Repetitiously lift and carry 50 lbs. plus, regularly
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time and climbing
High level of safety awareness

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
