RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, an established and growing Engineering Technology Company is seeking a RF Design Engineer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus and Stock/RSU's. The RF Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of RF circuits for semiconductor equipment. The candidate will be working with a team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Embedded Engineers in an office/lab environment. Duties:

  • Design RF matching networks, amplifiers, splitters, combiners, couplers, and oscillators, from 400kHz to 2.45GHz
  • Design magnetics for RF circuits
  • Design Micro-strip circuits
  • Perform requirements capture, analysis, design, debugging integration and verification
  • Analog circuit design
  • Work closely with electrical and mechanical designers to develop and execute a project plan and requirements

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar field; MS in Electrical Engineering is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience performing RF Design
  • RF circuit design/simulation 400kHz to 2.45GHz
  • Experience with low and high-power design up to 20kW is a plus
  • Experience with Circuit simulation; Powers amps; High voltage experience is preferred
  • Electrical circuit simulation using ORCAD PSPICE, or similar CAD Software is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot Analog, Digital, and Mixed Signals at the Hardware Level
  • Semiconductor manufacturing equipment/industry experience is a plus but will also consider candidates from other highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer electronics, Medical Device, etc.
  • Proven track record bringing products from concept to production
  • Close attention to detail is a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a must
