Project Manager / Construction Manager

Construction Professionals wanted for a 18 yr old company located in Alameda with a loyal clientele in the HOA, Apartment, and Commercial markets.

Intermediate Level Construction Management position for experienced Asst. Project Manager or Foreman.

Year round, full-time, 40+ hour/week position with lots of opportunity grow and learn.

We Are Looking For Experience In

Responsibilities & Duties

Manage construction projects, start to finish (projects range in size from $3k - $300k)
Perform hands on general construction work as needed
Coordinate and oversee our specialty trade teams and interface with Senior Management
Deliver projects on time and under budget
Order materials, check deliveries, return excess, work with accounting to maintain budgets
Maintain safe, clean and organized job sites in compliance with OSHA regulations
Foster and maintain safe, healthy, and fun work environment for all team members
Learn new systems and train team members as needed
Work with sales teams to bid new projects

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Experience as a Assistant Project Superintendent in the construction industry
Proficiency in macOS or willing/able to learn new computer software
Strong interpersonal skills in working with teams, clients, subcontractors and the public
Organization, initiative, and motivation to learn on the job and after hours

Requirements For Work Are As Follows

Proper documentation to work in the United States
Ability to pass mandatory, random drug tests and pre work physical
Have own tools: at the least- Skillsaw, Sawzall, Toolbags, Hammer, Levels, Cordless Drill
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation
