Your responsibilities

SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the engineering change levels and project status. Support continuous improvement and new PLM release, perform training and support all other PLM North American users. Provide project key tracking information to the project team and report out deviations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support PLM new release installation (maintenance and further development)
Support System Lifecycle Management (SLM) new installation & processes as they are rolled out
Responsible for PLM user accounts / SLM as well as training for existing & new users
Support PLM/ SLM users and resolve system issues
Coaching for correct PLM application usage (AEMA change management)
Load and save documentation into PLM for the project team as requested
Facilitate PLM working meetings for each team
Review documentation for accuracy & provide feedback for corrections / actions prior to releases. Make item releases in PLM as requested
Monitor the PLM BOM structure to the correct engineering level for the project team (article management in PLM).
Track engineering changes by project / maintain project status tracking file (Internal revision level, Customer Change Notice level, etc.
Track and notify engineering when change management deviations are needed
Track and maintain proper documentation for audit preparation as needed
General support of engineering documentation -supporting all requests
Provide support to plant when needed / requested - such as item errors during PLM to SAP data transfer
Provide support to Project Leaders managing changes in the system
Brainstorm how best to handle unique situations in PLM - structures / BOM
Investigate and resolve PLM errors for users - providing first level support & 2nd level support as needed
Basic knowledge of SAP preferred
Basic knowledge of change management and product life cycle
Your profile

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience. A technical degree is a plus.
Leadership experience desirable
Experienced in project management, project tracking and project leadership
Ability to multi-task / problem solve / strong organization skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
