WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This position will work at multiple properties in the KC area as needed, such as Overland Park, Shawnee, Roeland Park, Lenexa and Mission, KS. Minimal travel outside of KC could be needed for special projects or due diligence. If travel is needed, all travel expenses are paid/reimbursed. Monday - Friday work schedule and limited on call is a great perk of this position. Mileage is reimbursed when traveling from site to site.

Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
Complete capital projects or needed upgrades.
On call rotation if covering an open position.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A minimum of 2 years experience - preferably at a mix of older and newer sites.
HVAC Certification Required: Type II, or EPA Universal
