Maintenance Technician - you will be responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years' experience with mechanical and/or building and equipment repairs
Previous experience in electrical trades and/or plumbing considered an asset
Working towards completion of the Industrial Millwright program considered an asset
Experience in operating hand operated tools & equipment a must
Excellent verbal and written communicaiton skills
Ability to handle weights of up to 50 lbs for prolonged periods
Great attitude and an open and inclusive mindset

Location: 9050 Shaughnessy Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 6E5.
Accessible and close to multiple transit lines.

Pay Rate:

$25.00 per hour plus shift premiums
Eligible shift premiums of $0.50 per hour to $2.50 per hour based on shift schedule
