We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician 3 to join our Minneapolis team!
• Starting pay $24 per hour (or more!)
• Potentially earn another $2.43 per hour based on experience
• Tools are provided valued at $800

Our Maintenance Technician 3 is a critical member of our team who many times can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. The position is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.

Experience, Education, and Licensure:
• A High School degree, GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver s license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Company vehicle provided when working evenings/weekends for rotating on call with a premium rate paid when on-call
• Must have at least 2 licenses or obtain 2 within 6 months:
• Lead Renovator
• Certified Pool Operator
• State Boiler License
• Low Voltage License
• EPA Low Pressure Refrigeration License
• Or other relevant or approved designation
• In lieu of license, must have at least 3 years of hands-on expereince in either HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing
• Pre-employment criminal background check
• Training & tools (valued at $800) are PROVIDED!

• Has previous maintenance expereince, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs
