We are now seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!

The Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintenance needs. The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position. Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize is a must. Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.

• Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
• Provides exterior maintenance of the community.
• Assists in coordination of community events.
• Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
