Your responsibilities as a Field Services technician will include:

• Support end users with technical issues on various Windows devices
• Prep Windows Computers for end-users including Active Directory
• Ship Equipment (boxing, packing materials, lifting, etc.)
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
• Other duties/projects as assigned

• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
• Ability to work with other IT colleagues to drive success
• Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusions

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to sensitive information

Additional Qualifications

• Technical Aptitude Required, previous experience with Windows and Active Directory
• Understanding of traditional IT business practices
