Your responsibilities as a Field Services technician will include:

  • Support end users with technical issues on various Windows devices
  • Prep Windows Computers for end-users including Active Directory
  • Ship Equipment (boxing, packing materials, lifting, etc.)
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
  • Other duties/projects as assigned

  • Ability to work with other IT colleagues to drive success

Additional Qualifications

  • Technical Aptitude Required, previous experience with Windows and Active Directory
  • Understanding of traditional IT business practices
