We are looking to hire detail-oriented NEW CONSTRUCTION - HVAC Supervisor & Start-Up technicians. Technicians will perform trimouts, punchouts, start-ups & set equipment. Prefer at least 2-4 year's experience in HVAC installation. Salary: $40,000-65,000 K Full benefits package listed below Contact , Swann Mechanical Services at NEW CONSTRUCTION - HVAC Technician/Supervisor Responsibilities: • Be able to install HVAC systems • Arriving to work on time each day. • Must maintain a clean jobsite. • Maintaining a high standard of safety and quality on the job-site. • Maintaining a clean and organized truck. • Perform trim-outs on New residential HVAC equipment • Initiate start-ups for new residential HVAC equipment • Braze and solder various metals to connect piping • Install bath vents, dryer vents, range vent, and flue pipes • Must be able to lift to 75 pounds. Initiate start-ups for new residential HVAC equipment NEW CONSTRUCTION - HVAC Technician/Supervisor Requirements: 1+ years prior HVAC service and start up experience (preferred) for the residential construction industry, Valid driver's license High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. Perform the physical demands of the position: working in indoor and outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow); climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching; able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds, and pushing and pulling of objects.
