Utility/Floor care (All shifts available)
Special Projects (MD drivers license needed)

You ll keep public areas and private residences clean using company-provided uniforms, products and equipment. Utility positions include moving furniture for event set up/tear down and deep-cleaning and polishing various flooring surfaces.

What You ll Do:

Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces within the community, including lobbies, clubhouses, bathrooms, and classrooms
Collect, bag, and properly dispose of trash and recycling
(Floor Tech) Use specialized cleaning equipment to deep-clean carpet, tile, and wood floors
(Special Projects) Follow work orders for moving furniture and other heavy objects

What You ll Need to Qualify:

Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but will train
Ability to safely use specialized equipment and department vehicles
Valid driver s license with at least three years of documented safe driving Floor Tech/ Special Project positions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple requests
