Fire Assay Technician - you will load, pour, pound and set up crucibles for mixing in fire assay.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma
Previous general labour work experience considered an asset
Must be comfortable to work in an environment where warm temperature varies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle weights of 20-40 lbs for prolonged periods
Great attitude and an open and inclusive mindset

Job Type: Full-time permanent

Location: 9050 Shaughnessy Street, Vancouver BC V6P 6E5.Accessible and close to multiple transit lines.

Shifts Available:
Morning schedule: 7am to 3pm
Afternoon schedule: 3pm to 11pm
Graveyard schedule: 11pm to 7am
Pay Rates: $22.51 per hour base rate($20.51/hour + Fire Assay pay premium of $2.00/hour + shift premiums)

Shift Premiums:
Afternoon shift: $1.00 per hour
Graveyard shift: $3.50 per hour
