Job Summary

Our client is a nationwide systems integration and construction services company. They are seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. In the role of Field Service Technician (FST), you will perform the installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and qualification of water purification systems throughout the Boston Metro area.

Job Responsibilities: Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times. It is required that at all times each employee be presentable and follow the company's dress code, including the use of appropriate safety gear. Prepare documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce etc.). Demonstrate professional etiquette with team members, superiors & clients at all times. Solve problems, escalating matters to leadership as necessary. Demonstrate positive customer communication at all times. Qualifications: Work independently and proactively managing your time in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Work with the internal support groups (Technical Services, Logistics, Customer Service, and others) to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to the customers. Perform all customer contact regarding scheduling and completion of all work within the service territory. Scheduling and completion of service visits in the time frame mandated by service organization norms and protocols. Ensure proper administration and management of the territory workload as well as properly document service call completion, capture trend analysis and provide appropriate documentation to customers. You may travel outside your territory occasionally to support fellow engineers in other territories and to attend training. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Experience with Reverse Osmosis and water purification technologies (Preferred) Willing to work outside of normal business hours as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required Previous experience with credentialing vendors and willingness to accept customer site entry requirements (i.e. background checks, drug screens)
