Position Summary:

Performs janitorial duties necessary to maintain and protect the assigned areas of responsibility. Ensures that external and internal appearance of a building is clean, organized and meets Company standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Two years of janitorial experience (preferred).
Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances (preferred).
Familiarity with handyman and basic landscaping practices (preferred).
Able to work with little supervision (required).
Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
