The Maintenance Technician is a critical member of our team who can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. Will be accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.

Experience, Education and Licensure:
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education with one or two-years related experience and/or training preferred.
• A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
• Must have vehicle, valid driver s license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements.
• Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Must be able to lift, carry or move 20 to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and on occasions up to 100 pounds.
