Electronic Media/Foundation Specialist: Salary Range: $19.13 - $20.50 an hour

Job Summary:

Primary role encompasses all aspects of website maintenance, graphic design, photography, and social media management, and, secondarily, supports activities around PCHC Foundation including, but not limited to, special events, fundraising and marketing.

Director of Communications and Foundation

Education/Experience/License/Certification:

A Bachelor s degree in communications, digital technology, marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university with a minimum of one-year related experience required. Experience in nonprofit or human services organizations preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Valid driver s license and auto insurance as required by law

Required Travel:

Occasional travel is required including day-to-day local travel

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Detail-oriented communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Advanced computer skills required with current knowledge of industry leading software and technologies (Outlook; Word; Excel; PowerPoint; InDesign; Illustrator; Photoshop; etc.) required.
Knowledge of website/SharePoint maintenance preferred.
Ability to think creatively and develop original design concepts required.
Photography and videography experience preferred.
Special event planning and coordination experience desired.
Ability to understand verbal information/instruction, exchange verbal information with others and present information/instruction verbally required.
Ability to read and understand written materials and compose information/instruction in written form required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the function and activities of this department to embrace the philosophy, mission, values and Communicate with Heart service model supported by the Board of Directors of Pueblo Community Health Center, Inc. (PCHC) and PCHC Foundation
Adhere to the guidelines, policies and procedures of PCHC and PCHCF.
Support all aspects of Development and Foundation Departments including but not limited to the following:
Manage and update all digital marketing channels (website, social media, Constant Contact mailings), including internal monthly communication support.
Collaborate on graphic design work to include brochures, invitations, newsletter, mass mailings, signage, etc. and ensure brand consistency.
Written content creation for publication including photography and videography.
Inventory management of giveaways and other outreach materials, as well as attend outreach events when needed.
Special event support to include spreadsheet tracking of sponsorships, silent auction, etc.
Attend community events/meetings on behalf of PCHC/PCHCF.
