In the role of Electrical Standards Engineer, you will provide engineering and technical expertise in EWIS components design, application, testing, and assembly process development and validation. You'll have the opportunity to support engineering interface with external and internal customers in the development of new standards or new suppliers to existing standards. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Providing technical oversite to manage qualification test campaigns for new components
• Developing and conducting research to support new products, processes, or business opportunities
• Investigating and resolving manufacturing process and design issues
• Independently resolving problems that affect operational, technical, project, or research and development issues affecting the department, organization, and company
• Collaborating and coordinating with customers and suppliers to develop EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System) components that meet customer requirements and company business objectives

Job Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree, 6-9 years of experience in an engineering classification, 3-5 years of Manufacturing, 3-5 years in Aerospace, 3-5 years in Wire Harness Manufacturing (preferred)
