WANTED: A qualified Electrical Engineer to support integration and simulation testing at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

A week in the life of a Electrical Engineer:

Integrating system components in a hardware-in-the-loop environment;
System integration lab development, integration, and test;
Integration with avionics communication integration buses including MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, and RS-422;
Real-time processor integration and test;
VME design, development, integration and test.
Support design reviews, create requirement specifications, technical documents, and interface control documents.

Job Requirements
Active or the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance
Bachelors or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering
5 to 10 years of experience in work related to the job description, such as:
Hardware design
VME Experience
System integration experience
Requirements development, tracking, and Verification & Validation (V&V)
Familiarity with MIL-STD and RTCA standards for avionics, firmware, and electrical systems
AutoCAD or similar CAD experience
US citizenship required
