Description

We are looking for a professional, detail oriented and hardworking Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. As a member of the Customer Success team, you ll become both an expert in our product and a liaison to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, getting to know their wants, needs, and limits in order to ensure they are effectively onboarded to our platform. By providing training, updates, and ongoing support, you will foster their success in creating augmented reality.

The Customer Success Specialist at BUNDLAR will:

Manage various incoming communications through a range of channels, to include phone calls, emails, chats, and Slack messages

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Check in with customers to ensure they re satisfied and seeing success with the tool, including meeting the success metrics they ve outlined

Field customer issues, escalate as necessary, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives (with the support of the Director of CS), and follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Take comprehensive and actionable meeting notes

Escalate queries and concerns

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Troubleshoot common issues with the product or service

Proactively engage and check-in with customers

Get to know customers needs and identify opportunities for growth

Other details

Job location is a combination of virtual and in office in Chicago, IL.

Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours, with flexibility during peak times

Requirements

1 year or more of proven customer support experience or experience as in a client services role

Experience in an agency, digital or tech start up environments

Customer-oriented mentality and ability to adapt to different types of people

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A positive and professional disposition

Continuous interest in learning and growth

Excellent attention to detail and follow through

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Experience working with AR/VR/XR would be helpful, but not required.

Working knowledge of Slack, Hubspot are a plus.
