As a Customer Service Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for performing in-house repair and calibration of customer owned products. You will serve as a customer contact on technical and service related problems over a broad product line.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair wide variety of electronic assemblies and products.
  • Repair is sometimes done at the component level
  • Use of a variety of test equipment and interpret technical information.
  • Ensure that appropriate quality standards are met at the workstation.
  • Participate in ongoing efforts of process and product improvements.
  • Provide technical and service assistance for customers through telephone, fax and email.
  • Assist in technical orientation and training of employees as required.
  • Review and implement product specific service notes.
  • Use verbal and written communication skills to translate technical information as required.
  • Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as required.
  • This position will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA

Job Requirements:

Requirements :

  • Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years electronic technician experience, including troubleshooting at the component and/or systems level.
  • Knowledge of ISO-9000, ISO-17025 and ANSI Z540 standards.
