Overview:

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Specialist at Small Business Solutions include interacting with customers (internal and external) via phone to answer equipment lease and loan questions.

Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Customer Service Calls approximately 75+ calls per day
Processing customer requests to include, but are not limited to, password resets, account summaries, buyout requests, payment summaries and updated customer information.
Providing a Remarkable Customer Experience for both internal and external Customers.
Interact with two main software programs, Salesforce and Pega to complete requests for customers
Special Projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and ability to multi-task
Computer/Tech Savvy, ability to pick things up quickly
Knowledge or exposure with Salesforce, Pega, and/or InfoLease
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
