Customer Service Agent Position Summary

Kayman Direct has a unique opportunity for both full & part-time, driven customer service agents. Customer service agents will interact with automotive dealerships and their customers across the country with outbound and inbound calls. The customer service agent will schedule appointments, make follow up calls, and build relationships by performing ongoing and timely follow up with customers.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

Displays enthusiasm in communications with customers and works to build a rapport with each.
Communicates effectively with new and current customers by phone, email, and/or text message.
Handles/completes all assigned calls.
Handel general inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate person/place.
Maintains an ongoing customer database to assist in capturing repeat business for each communication made.
Flawlessly tracks communication methods and appointments/recommendations made for each customer.
Schedules appointments with interested buyers, maintaining correct and complete documentation.
Provides administrative support for all correspondence on promotions, community events, mailers, and notifications
Contacts customers on several platforms and process including but not limited to phone calls, E-mail, text, instant message.
Projects professional company image in all communications.

Education: High school degree or equivalent.

Experience: 1-3 years Retail and Customer Service Experience; 1-3 years automotive or call center experience preferred.

Work Hours: Regular work hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is 20-40 hours per week and hours vary depending on business needs.

Work Week: Monday through Saturday, with evening and weekends as needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.

Wage: $14.50 Hour Base + Monthly Bonuses

Benefits - If hired to a full-time position, the company provides vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) employer paid life insurance, health, dental, vision, pet insurance, and company discounts.

If hired for a part-time position the company provides paid sick time and company discounts. No other benefits are offered.
