This person will report to Field Operations. This person will administer the company s BIM 360 program, provide support, and train all new users. It is expected that this position will have frequent travel for various needs: job site setup, in person training on BIM 360 and how to use iPads/Apple TVs on site. This includes a mix of driving and some air travel 4 days per week as far as the west coast for some construction projects understanding that driving is an essential part of this role. This person will establish workflows and collaborate with Autodesk on upcoming features. General knowledge of Apple iPads, iPhones, and AppleTV is required and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, etc, is a plus, The ideal candidate will provide support via phone, email, remote desktop control, and desk-side support for office and field users in various locations.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Fuctions:
Administering and managing BIM 360 accounts and security
Provide BIM 360 training to new employees (mix of in-office and on-site)
Provide BIM 360 support both internally and with clients and design team members
Verifies and tracks compliance with corporate field reports by superintendents
Provide on-site training for field IT equipment (iPads, TVs, Apple TV, etc.)
Follows up with Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendent s post training.
Initial Set up of field equipment (iPads/ TV s/ Apple TV s)
Maintaining inventory of field equipment (iPads/ TV s/ Apple TV s) owned by KBE
Making site visits for support issues when required or needed
Clearly communicating technical concepts, in spoken and written form, to technical and non-technical audiences.
Prioritizing and managing time in order to complete tasks efficiently and effectively and with minimal supervision.
Travelling to company sites, business functions to initially train or retrain field staff. Candidate must have a valid state driver license and clean driving record.
All other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, & Qualifications:

2 or 4 year degree or certificate and/or 1-year experience in construction
Familiarity with hardware such as Apple iPads. iPhones, AppleTV
Experience with Office 365 and Windows a plus
A strong dedication to and proven record of good customer service and problem resolution
A passion for and a drive to learn new technology
Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others
A strong sense of urgency
Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with cloud-based construction management software, BIM 360 and Viewpoint experience a plus
