Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

Assist customers in ascertaining their automotive needs and advising them of repair options while assisting customers with any questions or concerns through the invoice process.
Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.
Document services declined and advise customers of current and future needs for their vehicle.
Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.
Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.
Build strong relationships with the customers.

Requirements - Service Advisor:

2 Years' Automotive Advisor experience
Toyota experience a plus
Strong customer service skills
Problem-solving and active listening skills
Resume must be uploaded
Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
Able to work well with others in a team atmosphere
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
