Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

Schedule appointments for auto repair/service/maintenance/recall work
Greet customers and answer questions
Advise customers about necessary/suggested options and costs
Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed
Must adhere to company processes re: customer handling
Provide a completely satisfying customer experience

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
