Our Technicians have the potential to PRODUCE UP TO 100 'PLUS' HOURS/WEEK! We Pay 50% MORE (1.5 hours) for Warranty Repair Work! Responsibilities - Master Auto Technician:

Mentor, train new Tech grads to help complete your tasks!
Inspect and diagnose the problem(s).
Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
Perform quality repair/maintenance work including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
Document work performed
Learn new information and techniques in training sessions
Adhere to company policies, OSHA regulations, etc.
Keep shop area neat, clean, and account for all dealership-owned tools

Requirements - Master Auto Technician:

Automotive Technician Experience is REQUIRED
Master Tech, Ford experience preferred
State of MI Mechanic License Required
Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed
Experience with the latest automotive technologies and working knowledge of shop equipment
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills; team participant
Valid driver's license and insurable
