_ Diamond Dealer Services is currently seeking an Assistant Detail Manager for one of our dealership partners in the Leesburg, VA Area! _

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for leadership of all daily functions of a detail shop location and ensuring outstanding customer service, labor and quality. You will oversee all employees at the location on behalf of the company and report directly to the District Manager. These employees include: detailers and car washer attendants.

Major responsibilities of the position:
Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop
Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability
Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently
Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants
Working with your team to complete details
Building solid partnerships with our clients and guests
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is delivered consistently
Attending monthly management meetings to discuss workforce management and dealer client satisfaction

Minimum qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
1 years or more of management experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on all levels
Must be available to work on weekends, holidays as required by season and role
