Kingspan Insulation has expanded in Illinois buying Minnesota Diversified Products in Mendota, IL. We are looking for General Labor employees to join our team in Mendota.

This is a good entry level position for someone who wants to work in a clean manufacturing environment and who wants to have an opportunity to learn on the job and have career advancement. If you want to learn and apply what you learn, you will be able to move into other positions within the company.

Key Duties Include:
Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties.
Assist with loading trailers.
Keep accurate records.
Assist maintenance technicians as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: Prefer someone with one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment. However, we are willing to train someone who wants to learn. Forklift experience is a plus.

Must be able to:

Read a tape measure.
Work in a team based environment.
Work shift schedule, including overtime;
Follow directions and get along well with others.
