Following the recent announcement of our partnership with SAS, Lloyd s List Intelligence has an exciting opportunity in our New York Office for an experienced Account Manager to help retain and grow our relationships with some of our largest regional customers across the Finance, Energy and Shipping Markets.
The successful individual will one that can; demonstrate their willingness and aptitude for learning intricate customer workflows and data driven solutions; has a successful track record in maintaining and developing regional/enterprise level customer relationships in BI or SaaS companies and can collaborate and cooperate as a team in order to best deliver against client requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to work with a fascinating group of customers with a marketing leading suite of data and analytics solutions.
Working with Sales Director and internal stakeholders to develop and execute dedicated customer account plans
Develop an in depth understanding of target sectors and customer workflows
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Lloyd s List Intelligence s Data & Analytics solutions
Work in cross-function project groups
Effectively communicate our value propositions through proposals and presentations
Maintain and grow our contact network through establishing relationships with user and executive level personas
Effectively capturing client feedback to improve product usability and offering
Manage client engagements on all levels - Quarterly Business Reviews w/key stakeholders; technical support for existing users and trial management for prospective users
Pipeline and opportunity management
Timely & accurate sales forecasting
Will represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
