Description
The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of build site activities including site preparation, training and leading construction volunteers, ensuring safety and building code standards are met, etc. This position works closely with volunteers, homebuyer families, and other staff to fulfill our mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope!
Requirements:
Reports to: Construction Director
Time Requirements: Full Time (40 hours weekly); typical workweek is Tuesday through Saturday
Permits and Licenses: Valid driver s license
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (Salary, Non-Exempt)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture specialized, skilled, volunteer work leaders for regular assistance in building Lexington Habitat homes.
Keep the warehouse neat, orderly and secure. Track the inventory stored and utilized from this location.
Keep assigned vehicle, trailer and tools in working order, orderly and secure. Inspect vehicles daily and maintain a regular preventative maintenance schedule.
Stay abreast of Best Practices in the building industry, safety, Energy Star requirements and construction techniques. Recommend changes in the build process to maximize efficiency and energy savings.
Follow-up on all warranted items in a timely manner in the first year after construction, should repairs be needed and/or
requested.
Assist with other construction projects.
Assist other Habitat departments as assigned by the Senior Project Manager or Construction Director.
